The Oxford Diocesan Board of Education (ODBE) established the Oxford Diocesan Schools Trust (ODST) in July 2012 to provide an effective vehicle for schools in the Diocese of Oxford to come together in order to raise educational standards. Now, we are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust serving over 10,000 pupils from infants to secondary within our family of 46 church and community schools.
ODST is one of the largest MATs in the region, serving communities across Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Windsor, Maidenhead and Bracknell Forest. We have three geographical hubs to support school-to-school collaboration and have a strong record for school improvement.
As a Church of England Trust, our identity is rooted in a distinctively Christian vision. We believe in “A Common Vision for the Common Good”, guided by a shared commitment to flourishing for all. This vision shapes everything we do — creating environments where every child is supported to live life in all its fullness and achieve their potential.
ODST values the unique identity of each school in the Trust. Schools have the freedom to serve their individual communities in the way they know best, with support from ODST to ensure they have what they need to deliver the best for their pupils.
